Based in Wimbledon Park: Southfields, we deliver affordable outdoor fitness classes for all ages and fitness levels. 


What to expect


As our motto states “We Achieve Together’, you can expect a group of lovely, supportive people and coaches who share the same mindset of taking care of ourselves by looking after our bodies through exercise. 


We emphasise that you can make the class as hard or as easy as you wish. We’ll always offer progressions and regressions to accommodate all fitness levels. 


As much as it’s a group environment you will very much feel as if you are getting 1 on 1 attention throughout the whole class. Both coaches really focus on your form of movement to ensure risk of injury is limited. 


Just show up ... we’ll take care of the rest. You won’t be disappointed.

"I couldn't recommend Bootcamp with Blake and Brydie enough. I was so happy when I discovered them; they managed to make every single session feel different and enjoyable, magically catered to everyone's needs and fitness abilities and created a community feel so that Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays quickly became my favourite because I knew they were Bootcamp days! In the three months that I attended, I lost a dress size, became so much stronger and built my fitness enough to be able to run a half marathon.

Brydie and Blake are more than just PTs, they're great mates too! I've known them now for a good few years and have been so supportive with my fitness progression. The pair also give their fullest energy to each session which certainly brightens up your day: especially being in the WFH office! 

SFBC has a friendly and encouraging atmosphere with no judgements. So if you feel a bit nervous about exercising outside in the park, you

need-ant have to worry!


With the gyms closing for the first time back in 2020, I was really concerned about how I was going to keep my fitness and good mental health as exercising is a huge outlet for me. Southfields Bootcamp was recommended to me by a friend and it was so refreshing to join the group class and try something different after the same home workouts day-in and day-out.

Blake and Brydie make the sessions fun and energising. I felt myself getting stronger week on week and enjoyed being able to get outside after a day of home working. Everyone is so welcoming and I've met some really lovely people who live near by.

I can't wait for the 2021 season to start!
